Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our products we will refund you the full purchase amount within 30 days of purchase date.  

You will need to ship the products back to us with all original packaging before being refunded. 

All shipping fees are non refundable. 

18 Month Warranty

We will replace any of our products that fail within the 18 month warranty period. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. 

If one of our products fail they will need to be shipped back to us directly before we will replace the product. We will then test the product and inspect it to see what the problem could be to help with future errors. After receiving the product back we will send you a new replacement.
